Join us on May 16th for a deeply nourishing New Moon circle in Taurus. This is your moment to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a space where you can breathe, reflect, and refocus on what truly matters to you.
With spring in full bloom, this Taurus New Moon invites you to slow down and return to yourself. As Taurus season is an invitation to feel your strength and stability, pranayama yoga is the perfect opportinity to build from a strong foundation, then let the reiki connect you to your infinite potential.
What to expect:
Facilitated by Sarah Hart and Lucy Hampton, you’ll be gently guided through:
· pranayama yoga for restorative movement and breathwork to ground in the present moment
· intention setting with the new moon energy to get clear on what you want
