Refund Policy

All Reiki sessions are offered as a holistic, energetic service intended to support relaxation and personal well-being. Because Reiki is a service that is delivered at the time of the session, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

Prepaid Packages

• Prepaid session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

• Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another person with prior approval, but they have no cash value.

• Packages must be used within the time frame stated at purchase (if applicable).

Distance Reiki Sessions

Distance Reiki sessions are considered delivered once the scheduled session time has passed and are non-refundable, even if the client is not present or does not actively participate at the scheduled time.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies), at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
