1. Reiki Services

Reiki is a complementary, holistic therapy intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Clients should always seek advice from a qualified medical professional for physical or mental health concerns.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that Reiki is provided as a non-medical, complementary service and that individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

2. Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki sessions are offered with the same intention and care as in-person sessions. By booking a distance Reiki session, you acknowledge that:

The session will be carried out remotely without physical contact
You are responsible for creating a safe, comfortable environment during the session
Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed

Distance Reiki is not intended to replace medical or psychological care.

3. Child & Parental Consent

Reiki sessions for children under the age of 18 may only be provided with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or guardian is responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the child’s health and wellbeing
Confirming that they consent to the child receiving Reiki treatment

A parent or guardian may be required to be present during the session, depending on the child’s age and comfort level.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, medical conditions, and any relevant treatments prior to their session.

You confirm that you understand Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice and that responses to treatment vary between individuals.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

6. Payment

Payment is required in advance of, or at the time of, your session unless otherwise agreed. All prices are stated in GBP (£) and are subject to change.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and session details are treated as confidential and handled in line with data protection legislation, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Consent

By booking and attending a Reiki session (in-person or distance), you confirm that you understand the nature of Reiki and consent to receive treatment under these Terms & Conditions.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue sessions at any time if it is felt that Reiki is not appropriate or in the best interest of the client.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
