​Hello, I’m Lucy Hampton, a Reiki and Angelic Reiki practitioner based in Penarth, South Wales, offering gentle, heart-centred energy healing to support balance, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing. I also offer online distance Reiki healing, allowing you to receive healing wherever you are.
My work is grounded in creating a calm, safe, and nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow healing energy to flow naturally.
My Story
My Journey into Reiki & Angelic HealingI trained in Reiki Levels 1 and 2 in 2020 when the world was forced to slow down, and I developed a deep desire to support my emotional balance, inner peace, and spiritual growth. I was drawn to Reiki for its simplicity. It's a gentle yet extremely powerful way to support the body, mind, and soul without any sort of force.
Angelic Reiki has added another beautiful layer to my practice. Working with Angelic energy allows healing to take place at a soul level, supporting deep release, clarity, and a renewed sense of calm and trust. Each session is guided intuitively and aligned with your highest good.I believe that healing happens when we feel both truly supported and safe — and that energy work can gently remind us of our own inner strength and wisdom.
